Orders, cancellations & refunds.

Toven Health is operated by Longstreet Partners LLC. Payment is for your initial requested order, subject to independent medical review. It is not a prescription or a guarantee of treatment.

Medical intake

We send your secure Asher intake link manually after payment. The initial $20 intake fee is paid directly to Asher and is separate from Toven’s product and shipping charges. Asher’s own terms govern its fees. Clinical review and pharmacy fulfillment take place through the applicable providers.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $30 per initial order, or free when the product subtotal is at least $300 after discounts. Fulfillment starts only after required review and approval. We do not guarantee a delivery date before pharmacy processing is confirmed.

If treatment is declined or changed

If treatment is declined, we refund the Toven product payment and shipping charge. If the clinician proposes a different product or price, we obtain your agreement before proceeding. You may decline and request a refund before fulfillment.

Cancel an initial order

Email hello@tovenhealth.com to cancel before pharmacy processing. If you decide not to complete intake, contact us to cancel and refund your unfulfilled Toven order. Refunds go to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank. Contact us promptly for damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Subscription preference and refills

Selecting Subscribe & save applies the displayed subscription price to your initial order and records your preference for ongoing care. During our manual launch, no automatic recurring payment is created. Each refill needs the required renewal form, review, and a separate payment. You can stop future orders at any time. Any future automatic-billing enrollment will require your explicit agreement to its amount, schedule, and cancellation terms first.
