Can I place an order now?

Yes. Add an available product to your cart, choose your purchase option, and complete secure online payment. After payment, we email your secure medical-intake link. A licensed clinician reviews your history before treatment can be approved and the pharmacy can fulfill your order. Payment does not guarantee a prescription. If treatment is declined, your Toven product payment and shipping charge are refunded under our order policy.

How does subscribe and save work?

Subscribe & save applies the displayed lower product price to your initial order and records your preference for ongoing care. It does not start automatic recurring billing. Each refill requires a renewal form, clinical review, and a separate payment. You can stop future orders at any time. Any future automatic-billing arrangement will require your explicit agreement first.

What about shipping and medical fees?

Standard shipping is $30 per initial order, or free when your product subtotal reaches $300 after discounts. A separate $20 doctor’s prescription review fee is paid to the clinical provider during medical intake. That fee is outside the Toven product subtotal and follows the provider’s own terms. Any additional clinical or renewal fees will be disclosed before payment.

Which option or dose is right for me?

A licensed clinician assesses treatment suitability, dosing, and combinations using your medical history. This help center cannot recommend treatment. After payment, use the secure intake link we email you and your clinical team’s care channel for medical questions. Do not email medical records or payment details to our general support inbox.

Where can I find my account or order?

Visit Your account and sign in using the same email address you used at checkout to view linked paid orders and request refill help. Guest checkout is available. Payment records are separate from clinical approval and shipment status. For a missing order or delivery update, contact our team with your order reference. Do not include medical history or card details.

How do I contact Toven?
